Suspension of Trading for Bank AL Habib’s Term Finance Certificate Scheduled for October

Karachi: Bank AL Habib Limited has announced a suspension of trading for its Term Finance Certificate (TFC) [BAHLTFC9] from October 09, 2024, to October 24, 2024. This suspension coincides with the book closure dates set from October 10, 2024, to October 24, 2024, for the 5th profit payment of the TFC.

The trading suspension, notified by Bank AL Habib, will impact transactions related to the TFC [BAHLTFC9] on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Trading is scheduled to resume on October 25, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the temporary halt is part of the regular procedures for profit payment to TFC holders.

Stakeholders and investors in Bank AL Habib’s TFC are advised to adjust their trading plans accordingly and take note of the book closure period impacting the TFC.
