Karachi: Systems Limited is expected to report a notable increase in net profit after tax (NPAT) for the fourth quarter of the calendar year 2024, reaching PkR2.4 billion, compared to PkR1.5 billion in the same period last year. This growth is driven by improved margins and robust revenue performance in key international markets.
According to a statement by AKD Securities Limited, the anticipated earnings per share (EPS) for this period is PkR8.2, up from PkR5.3 in the previous year. The results are also likely to include a cash payout of PkR6.5 per share.
Revenue is expected to grow by 14% year-on-year, supported by sustained demand in the Middle East, Africa, and North American markets. The company’s gross margins are projected to reach 26.2% for the quarter, an increase from 22.0% in the same period last year.
AKD Securities Limited maintains a ‘BUY’ stance on Systems Limited’s stock, with a target price of PkR879 per share by December 2025.
