We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of Mari Gas Company Limited (MARI) in its meeting held on June 1, 2011 at 10:00 A.M., at the Head Office of the Company has recommended the following: 1. Cash Dividend Second Interim Cash Dividend @ Re 1/- per share i.e., 10% 2. Bonus Shares Nil 3. Right Shares Nil 2. The above dividend will be paid to those shareholders whose names will appear on the Register of Members on June 23, 2011. 3. The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 24, 2011 to June 30, 2011(both days inclusive for the entitlement of this dividend. Transfers received in order at the Company's Shares Registrar, M/s Corplink (Pvt) Limited, Wings Arcade, 1-K, Commercial, Model Town Lahore upto June 23,2011 will be entitled to payment of Second Interim Dividend. 4.
