Tajik President Sends Condolences After Islamabad Terrorist Attack

Islamabad: President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has sent a telegram of condolence to President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in connection with the tragic consequences of the deadly terrorist act in Islamabad. Praying for the departed souls, the Tajik President strongly condemned the cruel terrorist act and all manifestations of terrorism. He emphasized the need for relentless struggle against this evil.

According to Radio Pakistan, President Asif Ali Zardari has thanked Tajik President Emomali Rahmon for his message of condolence and solidarity. In a post on X handle, he said Pakistan values Tajikistan’s clear stance against terrorism. He said we remain united in rejecting this evil and in honouring the innocent lives lost in the tragic attack in Islamabad.
