Lahore: Tariq Glass Industries Limited has announced that a board meeting will take place on October 28, 2024, at the company’s headquarters in Model Town, Lahore. The main agenda will be to discuss the first quarterly financial statement for the fiscal period ending September 30, 2024.

This gathering is significant as it follows the declaration of a closed period starting from October 18, 2024, through to the meeting day, as stipulated by the Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), no director, managing director, CEO, or executive will engage in trading of the company’s shares during this time. This regulation aims to prevent insider trading and promote transparency during the financial results disclosure period.

The company has also advised that the results of this meeting will be communicated to the holders of the TRE certificates, ensuring that all procedural requirements are adhered to in accordance with PSX guidelines.
