Karachi, June 07, 2013 (PPI-OT): The nominated Focal Group of GOS, Local Government and Karachi Water and Sewerage Board visited different areas of the city including Malir, Saddar and Landhi Towns. 40 samples were collected on the 17th Day. Samples collected were tested in Department of Sindh and Negleria Monitoring Cell Laboratory.
Out of 40 samples collected all 40 were found satisfactory after the tests, having standard Chlorine level. M.D KW and SB has directed all Chief Engineers to ensure the standard level of chlorine in the areas where chlorine level is under the standards, especially in the tail-end areas. He strictly directed to be vigilant and do not display any negligence in this regard.
