The Pakistan General Insurance Company Limited’s board of directors’ meeting

Karachi, March 28, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of board of directors of the Company will be held on April 4, 2013 at Cooperative Bank House, 5 Bank Square, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore to discuss the annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2012.

The Company has decided the “close period” from March 28, 2013 to April 4, 2013 as required under clause (XXIII) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the listing regulation # 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no director, CEO or executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the close period.
