TPL REIT Fund I Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Annual Accounts

Karachi: TPL REIT Fund I has announced a board meeting to be held on September 23, 2024, in Karachi to deliberate on the annual accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, and to consider any possible entitlements. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a closed period from September 16, 2024, to September 23, 2024, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d). During this period, no director, chief executive officer, or executive is permitted to buy or sell company shares.

The meeting aims to finalize and approve the financial outcomes for the year, which are crucial for the determination of shareholder dividends and other entitlements. Certificate holders of the exchange have been advised to take note of these developments.
