Trade Between Pakistan and Spain to Further Improve in Future: Punjab Governor.

Lahore: Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan has expressed optimism about the future of trade relations between Pakistan and Spain. During a meeting with a Spanish parliamentary delegation at the Governor House in Lahore, the Governor highlighted the potential for enhanced economic collaboration between the two nations.

According to Radio Pakistan, Governor Khan expressed gratitude for Spain’s cooperation with Pakistan within the European Union framework. He acknowledged Spain’s ongoing support on various international matters, particularly appreciating its stance on the Palestine issue. The Governor emphasized Spain’s crucial assistance and advocacy for the Palestinian people, highlighting the importance of such international support.

Governor Khan also noted Pakistan’s utilization of Spain’s expertise in olive cultivation. He mentioned that olives are being successfully grown in different regions of Pakistan, benefiting from Spain’s agricultural knowledge. The meeting with the Spanish delegation incl
uded discussions on various sectors such as tourism, infrastructure, and the olive oil trade, indicating areas of mutual interest and potential collaboration.
