Srinagar: Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, Chairman of the International Forum for Justice and Human Rights in Jammu and Kashmir, paid tributes on the 26th martyrdom anniversary of Dr. Ghulam Qadir Wani.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Dr. Wani was a recognized academic and a political figure who advocated for the Kashmir dispute and spoke against human rights violations.
