Jammu: In a tragic incident, two students preparing for the NEET examination were killed on the Sidhra Bridge after their motorcycle was struck by a truck. The accident occurred in the Bhatindi area, claiming the lives of two young aspirants from Rajouri and Doda.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Towheed Wani and Mehrun Nissa, both in their early twenties, were riding on the motorcycle when the collision with the truck led to their fatal injuries. Local officials confirmed the details of the crash and the identities of the deceased.

The incident has raised concerns about road safety measures in the area, especially on major bridges and intersections frequented by students and other commuters. Efforts to improve traffic enforcement and structural safety are expected to intensify in response to this tragic event.
