Trust Modaraba Announces Annual Review Meeting and Final Dividend Details

Karachi: The Trust Modaraba has scheduled its Annual Review Meeting for certificate holders on October 15, 2024, in Karachi. The meeting follows the approval of a final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, at a rate of Rs. 0.5 per certificate, which translates to a 5% yield. This dividend was endorsed by the company’s Board of Directors on September 05, 2024.

In preparation for the meeting and to facilitate the processing of this dividend, the Certificate Transfer Books of Trust Modaraba will be closed from October 08, 2024, to October 15, 2024, inclusive of both days. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), transfers must be received at the registrar’s office, M/s. Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Ltd., in Lahore by the close of business on October 07, 2024, to qualify transferees for the dividend entitlement.
