Turbat: Deputy Commissioner Kich Ismail Ibrahim conducted a visit to the Basic Health Center (BHU) Shiklat, focusing on enhancing health service delivery and addressing public health challenges in rural areas of Shiklat.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Deputy Commissioner Ibrahim was briefed by Dr. Abdul Wahid, the in-charge at BHU Shiklat, on the current operations, services, and pressing issues facing the health facility. Emphasizing the importance of robust health services, particularly in remote regions, Ibrahim reviewed the health center’s strategies to combat prevalent epidemic diseases such as malaria, dengue, and polio. He assessed various operational aspects, including staff attendance and medicine stock, and underscored the need for focused attention on rural healthcare to improve overall public health outcomes.

Ibrahim’s visit underlines the local government’s commitment to strengthening healthcare infrastructure and ensuring the availability of essential health services to combat epidemic diseases effectively in rural communities of Turbat.
