Turkish President Endorses Pakistan’s Stance on Kashmir Conflict

Islamabad: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has expressed full support for Pakistan’s efforts to address the Kashmir dispute, emphasizing the need for resolution through dialogue.

According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, President Erdogan made these remarks during a joint press conference with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad. He reiterated Turkey’s backing for a solution to the Kashmir conflict that aligns with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

President Erdogan acknowledged Pakistan’s significant sacrifices in combating terrorism and stated his complete support for Pakistan’s ongoing fight against it.

In addition to discussing the Kashmir issue, President Erdogan highlighted Turkey’s commitment to supporting Palestinians. He affirmed that Turkey, in collaboration with Pakistan, has consistently advocated for Palestinian rights on international platforms, aiming for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
