Two More Deaths Reported in Rajouri Mystery Illness

Jammu: The mysterious illness claiming lives in Badhaal village, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, has now taken two more lives, bringing the total death toll to 14 since December.

According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, the latest fatalities include a six-year-old girl, Safina Kousar, and her 62-year-old relative, Mohammad Yusuf.

The child died at Jammu’s SMGS hospital on Tuesday, just hours after her relative passed away at GMC Rajouri. The cause of the illness, which has affected members of Safina’s family and their relatives, remains unclear.
