Two Tribals, Including Woman, Killed by Indian Forces’ Firing in Jharkhand

Jharkhand: Indian forces have killed two tribals, including a woman, in Singhbhum district of the western Indian state of Jharkhand.

According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, the incident occurred in a forest area within the limits of Sonwa police station, approximately 80 kilometers from Singhbhum. The individuals were reportedly killed during an exchange of fire with police personnel.

The police reported that the exchange of fire resulted in the deaths of two tribals and the recovery of two rifles from the scene. The authorities have stated that a search operation is currently ongoing in the area.
