UK Expresses Solidarity with Pakistan Amid Floods

Islamabad: British High Commissioner Jane Marriott called on Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq in Islamabad on Friday and expressed her country’s solidarity with Pakistan amidst the ongoing floods.

According to Radio Pakistan, the British High Commissioner announced three million pounds in emergency aid and additional humanitarian aid on behalf of her country.

Ishaq Dar thanked Britain for its timely support and solidarity.
