Unidentified Gunmen Kill Civilian in Jammu

Jammu: Unidentified assailants killed a civilian in Jammu city of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The victim was shot while traveling in a car and succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.

According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, the incident occurred in the Jewal Chowk area of the city. The attackers fired four bullets at the victim, who was critically injured and later declared dead upon arrival at the Government Medical College in Jammu.

Authorities have initiated a search operation to locate the perpetrators, who fled the scene immediately after the attack.

In a separate incident, a man died when a rolling log struck him while collecting firewood in the Zamboora area of Baramulla. Additionally, a mother passed away 17 days after her son died from suffocation in the Gudder area of Kulgam district, officials reported.
