UNSG’s Personal Envoy Praises Pakistan’s Peace Efforts

Islamabad: UN Secretary General’s Personal Envoy for the Middle East Conflict, Jean Arnault, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar in Islamabad today.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Envoy conveyed the UN Secretary General’s deep appreciation for Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts aimed at regional peace and stability. He also expressed the UN’s continued support for these initiatives.

The Deputy Prime Minister discussed recent regional developments with the Envoy and highlighted Pakistan’s ongoing efforts and continued engagement with the parties involved. In addition, he expressed his deep gratitude to the UN Secretary General for his invaluable contributions and consistent support for Pakistan over the years.
