US Delegation to Attend Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum in Islamabad

Islamabad: A United States’ interagency delegation led by Senior Bureau Official for the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs, Eric Meyer, will arrive in Islamabad on Tuesday to participate in the Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the visit, Eric Meyer will meet with senior Pakistani officials to expand opportunities for American businesses in Pakistan and promote the deepening of economic ties between the two countries. He is also expected to engage with senior officials to underscore the vital importance of continued collaboration between Pakistan and the US on counter-terrorism.

The delegation will hold a wide range of talks aimed at advancing United States interests in the critical minerals sector at the Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum.
