Uzbek President’s Two-Day State Visit to Pakistan Begins

Islamabad: The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, is arriving in Islamabad today for a two-day state visit to Pakistan. He will be leading a high-level delegation that includes senior cabinet ministers and prominent business leaders.

According to Radio Pakistan, during his stay, President Mirziyoyev will meet with President Asif Ali Zardari and hold delegation-level talks with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Additionally, he is scheduled to address the Pakistan-Uzbekistan Business Forum, highlighting the focus on strengthening bilateral ties and exploring new avenues for economic cooperation between the two countries.
