Visit of Iranian President to Pakistan Marks Significant Milestone: Ambassador

Islamabad: Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghadam has said the visit of the Iranian President to Pakistan marks a significant milestone and a new chapter in the longstanding relationship between the two nations. In a post on his X handle, he expressed gratitude to the Pakistani government and nation for the warm and generous hospitality extended to the Iranian President and his delegation during his visit to Pakistan.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Ambassador stated that Pakistan and Iran share deep-rooted historical, cultural, and strategic ties. The two countries have signed multiple agreements across various sectors, including trade, infrastructure, and culture.

Referring to the mutual determination to elevate relations to a new level, particularly the shared goal of increasing bilateral trade volume to ten billion dollars, he emphasized that they will work tirelessly to realize this common vision.
