Wah Nobel Chemicals Reschedules Board Meeting, Declares Closed Period

Karachi: Wah Nobel Chemicals Ltd has announced the rescheduling of its upcoming Board of Directors meeting originally set for September 19, 2024. The new meeting date is October 01, 2024, and it will be conducted at Wah Cantt and through Video Link. This adjustment was noted in recent company communications dated September 11 and September 16, 2024.

The rescheduled meeting aims to review the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the financial year that ended on June 30, 2024, and to consider potential entitlement declarations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), in conjunction with this rescheduling, Wah Nobel Chemicals has also declared a “Closed Period” from September 12 to October 01, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly with company shares, adhering to Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations.

Members of the exchange have been advised of these changes and the stipulated trading restrictions. The company’s adherence to regulatory guidelines ensures transparent and fair management of its financial disclosures and shareholder interests.
