Week-Long Anti-Polio Campaign Targets Over Forty-Five Million Children

Islamabad: A week-long anti-polio campaign is currently underway across the country, aiming to administer vaccine drops to over forty-five million children below the age of five.

According to Radio Pakistan, the campaign is scheduled to continue until the 21st of this month. The initiative seeks to curb the spread of polio among young children through widespread vaccination efforts.

First Lady Bibi Aseefa Bhutto Zardari has called upon parents, caregivers, public representatives, and community leaders to lend their active support to the Nationwide Polio Vaccination Campaign. Her appeal underscores the importance of community involvement in ensuring the campaign’s success.
