Withdrawal of Recruitment for 394 Literacy Mobilizer Posts Announced

Lahore: The Punjab Public Service Commission has officially withdrawn the requisition for recruiting 394 Literacy Mobilizer posts in the Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education Department. The withdrawal affects posts reserved for special persons, minorities, and women, which were to be filled on a three-year contract basis.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the decision to withdraw follows court cases filed by employees of the Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education Department. The commission had initially advertised these posts in December 2022, with applications closing in January 2023. In line with the commission’s policy, fees submitted for these positions will remain valid for one year from the withdrawal date, allowing applicants to consider other opportunities advertised by the commission.
