Witkoff, Kushner to Travel to Islamabad for Iran Talks

Islamabad: US President Donald Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will travel to Islamabad for talks with Iran mediated by Pakistan. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced the diplomatic engagement as a step to foster dialogue between the US and Iran.

According to Radio Pakistan, Vice President J.D Vance will be on standby to travel to Islamabad should the talks prove successful. The involvement of high-level US officials underscores the importance of the discussions, with hopes pinned on advancing diplomatic relations.
