Women Playing Vital Role in Development of Country: KP Governor

Islamabad: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has emphasized that women are playing a crucial role in the development and prosperity of the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, Governor Kundi made this statement while speaking to a women’s delegation from a non-governmental organization in Islamabad. He highlighted that women empowerment and equal employment opportunities are among the top priorities of the current government.

Governor Kundi mentioned that efforts are ongoing to increase women’s participation in the health, education, and employment sectors.

He also stressed the importance of collaborative efforts between the government and NGOs to empower women in underprivileged areas, which is essential to building a peaceful and progressive society.
