Workers Welfare Fund Expands Educational Support to 100,000 More Children

Islamabad: The Workers Welfare Fund will provide educational facilities to an additional 100,000 children of registered workers across the country from Grade 1 to 12.

According to Radio Pakistan, Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Chaudhry Salik Hussain has issued special directives to Secretary Workers Welfare Fund Zulfiqar Ahmad to ensure implementation of this landmark initiative.

The Minister has emphasized that the Federal Government is committed to providing equal opportunities for progress, prosperity, and social advancement to every working family in Pakistan.

Chaudhry Salik Hussain reaffirmed the Government’s resolve to transforming the Workers Welfare Fund into a modern, efficient, transparent, and people-centric institution to ensure the welfare of workers and their families.
