World Bank Praises Punjab CM for Commendable Initiatives

Lahore: The World Bank has praised Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif for high-quality initiatives in education, health, social welfare, and inclusive public service delivery. The appreciation was expressed during a meeting between Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and representatives of the World Bank in Lahore on Friday.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the meeting, it was agreed to accelerate the pace of work on a 10-year joint development plan between the Punjab Government and the World Bank. The meeting also discussed proposals for funding projects related to the education and healthcare sectors.
