Islamabad: World Day for Safety and Health at Work: World Day for Safety and Health at Work is being observed today.

According to Radio Pakistan, the International Labour Organization initiated the observance of this day in 2003. The aim is to emphasize the importance of preventing accidents and diseases in the workplace.

This annual event seeks to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety and health among workers and employers worldwide.
