World Environment Day Focuses on Plastic Pollution

Islamabad: World Environment Day was observed on Thursday to create awareness among the masses about protecting the environment and eliminating pollution.

According to Radio Pakistan, this year’s theme is “Putting an End to Plastic Pollution,” which emphasizes the urgent need to address the growing issue of plastic waste. The initiative aims to encourage individuals and communities to reduce their plastic consumption and explore sustainable alternatives.
