World Patient Safety Day observed

World Patient Safety Day was observed on Tuesday.

The day calls for global solidarity and concerted action by all countries and international partners to improve patient safety.

This year the theme of day is ‘Improving diagnosis for patient safety’ with the slogan ‘Get it right, make it safe!’.
