Karachi, July 19, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at 12-Dockyard Road, West Wharf, Karachi to consider the Accounts for the six months period ended May 31, 2013.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from July 19, 2013 to July 26, 2013 as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
