Yousuf Gilani Leads Pakistan’s Delegation to 68th CPC in Barbados

Barbados: Chairman Senate, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, is leading Pakistan’s parliamentary delegation to the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference being held in Barbados. The conference gathers speakers, parliamentarians, and representatives from member states worldwide.

According to Radio Pakistan, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani is set to engage in a series of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the conference with parliamentary leaders, lawmakers, and key global parliamentary figures. These meetings aim to foster dialogue and strengthen ties among member countries.

In London, before departing for the conference, Chairman Senate Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani conducted separate meetings with British Member of Parliament Mohammad Yasin and Deputy Mayor of Slough Asim Ranjha. The discussions focused on enhancing Pakistan-UK bilateral relations, exploring avenues for parliamentary cooperation, and recognizing the contributions of the overseas Pakistani community.
