Zong Unveils SME-Focused Business Solutions Zone in Islamabad

Karachi: Zong, a prominent technology company in Pakistan, has inaugurated a specialized Business Solutions experience zone for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at its Customer Service Center in Islamabad. This initiative marks a significant step in Zong’s transition from a traditional connectivity provider to a comprehensive digital services company.

The new experience zone underscores Zong’s dedication to promoting digital adoption among local businesses, in line with its vision for a Digital Pakistan. SME customers are now able to explore a wide range of enterprise solutions, including advanced connectivity and productivity-enhancing digital tools, all tailored to meet the dynamic needs of their businesses.

Muhammad Farooq Raza Khan, Head of Business Solutions at Zong, emphasized the company’s commitment to enabling growth for businesses of all sizes. “This new experience zone brings our solutions directly to the customer, providing a tangible environment where SMEs can understand, engage, and benefit from our full digital ecosystem,” Khan stated.

Tauseef Ur Rahman Khan, Zong’s Head of Sales, highlighted the strategic importance of the initiative. “Bringing our business solutions directly to SMEs through our service centers reflects our commitment to be closer to our customers, offering not just products, but real partnerships built on understanding and trust,” he said.

The launch of the Islamabad Customer Service Center is the first of several planned locations throughout Pakistan. This effort aims to address the digital capability gap faced by growing enterprises and aligns with Zong’s broader goal of fostering a connected and innovative economy.
