Islamabad: The IT industry in Pakistan has grown significantly in the recent years due to the investment friendly policies and incentives of the Government. Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has consistently encouraged domestic IT events for the positive projection of the Pakistan IT industry in local and international markets.
Pakistan’s Premier Annual IT and Telecom Show “ITCN ASIA Exhibition and Conference, 2011” is going to be held at Karachi Expo Centre from 20-22 September, 2011. This exhibition provides a unique platform to the IT companies to showcase their products and services, to engage in business networking.
Expressions of Interest are invited from member IT companies to participate in ITCN Asia 2010. A wide range of IT and Telecom Products, Solutions and Services will be promoted in this event which has taken place annually for the last consecutive 10 years.
PSEB negotiated a special price of Rs. 60,000- per 9 sqm (3 x 3 sqm) shell stall for its member companies including furniture. After availing 50% subsidy from PSEB, each company will have to pay Rs 30,000/- only. Member companies can book multiple stands at special rates by contacting the organizers directly but PSEB will provide subsidy only on one stand (3m x 3m).
PSEB will provide subsidy on one stand (3m x 3m). After availing the subsidy from PSEB, each company will have to pay only PKR 30,000 for the following:
Shell space (3m x 3m)
Company Profile in the Event’s Catalogue
Corporate Visitor Passes (200 Complimentary)
Additional Subsidy of upto Rs 20,000 per participating company will be provided to companies with no office in Karachi.
PSEB member companies are invited to submit their expressions of interest along with the following:
Demand draft of PKR 30,000 in favour of PSEB (Refundable in case of non-selection)
Duly filled-in application forms.
Signed TORs
The companies will be selected for participation in this event on the basis of the above requested documentation. Kindly submit your EOI, bank draft along with the above mentioned documents to the undersigned before 7th September, 2011.
