36-foreign diplomats of diplomatic course call on C.S.

Karachi, December 22, 2016 (PPI-OT):A team of 36- Foreign Diplomats of 24th Junior Diplomatic Course, on Sindh Study Tour called on Chief Secretary Sindh, Rizwan Memon, on Thursday.

The team member belonged to various countries was briefed about the Investment opportunities and Development Plans/ projects in Sindh. Chairperson Sindh Board of Investment (SBOI) and Chief P and D Sindh Planning and Development Department briefed about various schemes and projects, including Thar Coal Development, Energy Project, Development Programmes in Sindh, Saf Suthro Sindh and various plans, pertained to Education, Health, Water and Sanitation and nutrition programme.

They were also briefed about public private partnership programmes including Export Zone at Port Muhammad Bin Qasim.

Secretary Home Shakeel Ahmed Mangnejo, Chairperson SBOI, Ms. Naheed Memon, Chief P and D Abdul Fateh Tunio and other senior officers were also present.

The exchange of Crests also made by the Chief Secretary and Deputy Chief Protocol of Foreign Affairs Department.
