Afghan Taliban Ban Over 670 University Textbooks

Kabul: In Afghanistan, Afghan Taliban regime has trampled human rights, destroying the educational and intellectual future of the young generation. According to Afghanistan Analysts Network (AAN), the Afghan Taliban have imposed a complete ban on more than six hundred and seventy university textbooks and hundreds of public books.

According to Radio Pakistan, sociology and other important subjects have been removed from the curriculum. Books by women authors and Iranian authors have also been included on the banned list. According to the Afghan newspaper Hasht-e Subh, the Afghan Taliban have also banned important historical and political books.
