Karachi, Air Link Communication Limited has announced its financial results for the year ending June 30, 2023. In a recent board meeting held on October 4, 2023, the company recommended a final Cash Dividend of Rs. 2.5 per share, which amounts to a 25% dividend for the fiscal year. This dividend is in addition to any Interim Dividend(s) previously paid, which stood at Rs. NIL per share or 0%.

The company further disclosed that there will be no issuance of Bonus Shares, Right Shares, or any other entitlement or corporate action for the shareholders. Additionally, no other price-sensitive information has been revealed.

Shareholders are encouraged to mark their calendars for the Annual General Meeting scheduled for October 28, 2023, to discuss and approve the recommendations.

In light of these developments, the Share Transfer Books of Air Link Communication Limited will be temporarily closed from October 20, 2023, to October 28, 2023.
