Karachi, In a pivotal decision, the Board of Directors of Air Link Communication Limited has taken steps to chart the company’s course for the next three years. Through a Circular Resolution dated September 21, 2023, the Board has fixed a total of seven directors who will be elected in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) in accordance with Section 159(1) of the Companies Act 2017.
The composition of the seven directors has been established to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) Notification S.R.O. No. 906(1)/2023, issued on July 07, 2023. The composition is as follows:

Independent Directors: 3
Other Directors: 3
