AKD Securities Board of Directors to Discuss Quarterly Financials

Karachi: AKD Securities Limited has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 29, 2024, to consider the financial results for the first quarter ending September 30, 2024. The meeting will take place at Karachi, and may also be attended via video or audio link.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has declared a Closed Period from October 22 to October 29, 2024, in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the company’s shares.

The company has requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to inform the TREC Certificate Holders accordingly.
