Zephyr Textiles Announces Upcoming Board Meeting to Approve Quarterly Accounts

Karachi: Zephyr Textiles Limited has scheduled its Board of Directors’ meeting for October 30, 2023, to review and approve the financial statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. The meeting is set to take place at Lahore.

This notification, addressed to the Secretary of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), informs stakeholders of the forthcoming corporate gathering and highlights the company’s adherence to regulatory mandates. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the closed period, during which directors and senior executives are restricted from trading company shares, will commence on October 24, 2024, and conclude on October 30, 2024.

The regulation is in accordance with Provision No. 37(XXVI) of the Code of Corporate Governance of the Exchange, ensuring transparency and fairness in the handling of insider information. Abdul Jabbar, the Company Secretary for Zephyr Textiles, signed the notice, underscoring the formal and systematic approach to corporate governance by the firm.
