Karachi, July 23, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at the Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi, to consider the condensed interim financial information of the Company for the nine months period ended June 30, 2013.
Therefore, in compliance with clause xxiii of the Code of Corporate Governance there will be closed period from July 23, 2013 to July 31, 2013 for the dealing of shares of the Company by Chief Executive, Directors, Executives, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.
