Canadian Police arrest three Indian nationals for murder of Sikh activist

Canadian Police have made arrests in the killing of prominent Sikh-Canadian activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

The move took place months after authorities accused Indian government agents of being involved in the killing.

According to police officials the all three arrested are Indian nationals and charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Nijjar was fatally shot on June 18, last year outside a Sikh temple in British Columbia, spurring widespread condemnation worldwide.
