Al-Qadir Trust Case Unveiled as Major Corruption Scandal: Tarar

Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has declared the 190 million pound Al-Qadir Trust case a significant corruption scandal in the nation’s history. He emphasized that those implicated will be held accountable and face the necessary repercussions.

According to Radio Pakistan, during a news conference in Islamabad, Tarar revealed that the verdict in the case was supposed to be announced today, but the accused failed to make an appearance. He criticized the founder of PTI for employing delaying tactics, which he described as a common strategy used by them.

Tarar further argued that individuals with unblemished records do not request adjournments or switch legal representatives. He accused the trust of being a means to launder black money.

PML-N leader Talal Chaudhry also addressed the media, asserting that the Al-Qadir Trust case is straightforward and that those involved will not avoid punishment. He firmly stated that there is no possibility of granting an NRO to the accused.
