Secretaries General of OIC, MWL Laud Pakistan for Hosting Girls’ Education Conference

Islamabad: The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Hissein Brahim Taha and Secretary General of Muslim World League Sheikh Dr Muhammad Bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa have lauded Pakistan for hosting the International Conference on Girls’ Education in Muslim Communities.

According to Radio Pakistan, the dignitaries expressed these views as they wrapped up their visit to Islamabad after participating in the event. The conference gathered over 150 representatives from 44 Muslim and friendly countries.

They expressed confidence that the initiative would galvanize concerted efforts to improve quality education and women empowerment in the Muslim world.
