Ambassador Rahim Holds Meeting with COLEAD General Delegate in Brussels

Brussels: Ambassador of Pakistan to the European Union, Belgium, and Luxembourg Rahim Hayat Qureshi held a meeting with a delegation from the European Union-funded online information service COLEAD/AGRIINFO in Brussels. The discussions centered around the ongoing collaboration between Pakistan and COLEAD/AGRIINFO, particularly focusing on sustainable agriculture.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ambassador Qureshi highlighted various avenues to deepen the engagement further, emphasizing Pakistan’s commitment to promoting sustainable farming practices. He also discussed efforts to enhance the country’s agricultural export potential in accordance with international standards.

Both parties acknowledged the importance of continuing joint efforts in areas such as capacity building, technical training, and knowledge sharing. These efforts aim to strengthen agricultural value chains between Pakistan and COLEAD/AGRIINFO.

The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of mutual interest in expanding the partnership. There was a shared commitment to building a resilient and environmentally responsible agricultural sector through this collaboration.
