Annual general meeting of JDW Sugar Mills Limited

Karachi, JDW Sugar Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the annual general meeting of the company scheduled to be held on January 31, 2015 at Lahore.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of extraordinary general meeting held on March 22, 2014, consideration of the audited financial statement of the company for the year ended September 30, 2014, considering the payment of cash dividend of 50% per share, appointing and fixing the remuneration of the auditors.

Further, the closed period of the company is from January 24, 2015 to January 31, 2015 both days inclusive.
