APHC Calls for Global Support to End Misery in IIOJK

Srinagar: Kashmiris across the globe will observe October 27 as Black Day to remind the world of India’s illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir. The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has called upon the Kashmiri people to observe the day with complete unity to send a strong message to the international community that India’s illegal rule in the occupied territory is unacceptable.

According to Radio Pakistan, in a statement issued in Srinagar, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas urged the world community to intervene and help end the ongoing miseries and injustices faced by the Kashmiri people reeling under India’s military occupation.

Meanwhile, the Modi-led regime continues its campaign of demolitions and forced displacement of Muslims under the pretext of security and development. Under this campaign, more than three thousand Muslim homes have been bulldozed, and twenty-seven thousand people have been displaced in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and inside India during the first six months of this year alone.
