Apna Microfinance Bank Granted Extension for Annual Meeting

Karachi, Apna Microfinance Bank Limited has received an extension from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to hold its annual general meeting (AGM). The bank, concluding its financial year on December 31, 2023, now has until May 29, 2024, to organize the AGM. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension is intended to provide sufficient time for completing necessary audits and regulatory procedures.
